Policies and Certification Documentation

MetaLocator is committed to transparency and security. To support this, we make many of our policies and trust-related documents publicly available, while certain sensitive materials are shared only within the context of an Enterprise agreement.

Publicly Available Policies

A range of MetaLocator policies and compliance information can be viewed on our Trust Center:

These documents are available to all customers and visitors and provide insight into our security practices, data handling standards, and operational policies.

Enterprise-Only Documentation

Some policies, certifications, and detailed security materials are restricted to Enterprise customers. These documents are clearly marked with “Request Access” on the Trust Center.

Access to these materials is granted only:

  • As part of an active Enterprise agreement, and

  • To authorized contacts within the Enterprise customer’s organization.

This approach helps ensure that sensitive security and compliance details are shared appropriately and securely.

Requesting Access

If you see a document marked “Request Access” and believe your organization is eligible:

  • Existing Enterprise customers may request access through their MetaLocator account representative or support contact.

  • Non-Enterprise customers who require access to these materials for evaluation purposes should contact MetaLocator Sales to discuss Enterprise options.

Questions?

If you’re unsure which documents are available to you or whether your organization qualifies for Enterprise access, please contact MetaLocator Support or your account manager for assistance.
