To switch to an invoiced payment method, contact the help desk.
The help desk will create and deliver an invoice with the contact information provided. If there is an existing credit card billing subscription in place, it will be cancelled upon receipt of the invoice payment.
Invoice payment is for annual subscriptions only. MetaLocator takes credit card payments for monthly subscriptions for Entry, Standard, Professional and Platinum customers.
The annual subscription start date will be established as the date payment was received in the case of a new customer, or at the end of the credit card payment period if replacing a monthly credit card subscription.
