On August 14th, we released a fix for users of Google Tag Manager with our Cross Domain linking setting enabled that was causing the interface to re-load if the Tag Manager did not load Google Analytics before before our Interface code.
If our software was loaded first, the GTM client id required for cross domain support would then be appended to the IFRAME URL causing a reload. This created an unnecessary number of page views and looked like a "flicker". This has been addressed though you may see a decrease in page views, but not visits around that time. This does not reflect a real decrease in traffic, but a decrease in page views due to GTM-invoked page re-load.
