When a new field is added to your data source, the column mapping for the associated job must be updated. This process also allows you to modify import options such as "Update Existing & Insert New."
Follow these steps to update the import settings:
Navigate to the Jobs Menu
Go to the Jobs menu located in the upper right corner of the screen.Select the Job to Edit
Find the job you want to update and open the Actions dropdown menu.Edit Import Settings
Click Edit Import Settings from the dropdown.Update Field Mappings
Review and update the import field mappings as needed.
Click Next to save the changes.Adjust Import Options
On the next screen, review and modify import options such as: Update Existing & Insert NewSave the Updates
Click Finish to save all changes.
The job is now configured with the updated field mappings and import options. These settings will be used the next time the job is scheduled to run.
