Annual plans and add-ons are billed yearly and are provided with a discount in exchange for the longer-term commitment. The following policies apply to all annual plans and add-ons:
They are not refundable.
They cannot be switched to a month-to-month
They cannot be downgraded
Cancellation of an annual plan will take effect at the end of the current term
To enroll your MetaLocator subscription in an annual agreement, first login to your account, select your Profile, then click Upgrade, then Change Plan.
Click Change Plan
Choose the Subscription plan from the drop-down list. The Annual plans will be listed accordingly.
