Agencies can create, modify and cancel client accounts in the Agency dashboard

Creating Clients

  1. Click Clients, then New in the toolbar

  2. Provide a name for the Client account

  3. Provide your customer's email address if the account will be directly accessible by your customer. If you do not provide an email address:

    1. Your agency email address will be used for email notifications for this account.

    2. You can only login to this account via the Agency dashboard.

  4. Choose a Subscription Plan

    1. Options are available for monthly plans. Annual plans are not available in Agency accounts.

    2. Agencies with over 2 plans can qualify for pricing discounts.

  5. Choose any optional Add-Ons.

Modifying Clients and Resetting Passwords

  1. Click Clients in the main navigation

  2. Click the name of the client in the list

  3. To send a password reset to the email on file, click "Send Password Reset Email"

  4. Choose any subscription plan or add-ons as needed.

Managing Client Accounts

Agency users can log in to any of their managed Client accounts. To login to a Client Account

  1. Click Clients in the main navigation

  2. Click the Login button next to the name of the Client in the list

  3. Your browser session will be logged in to the Client account

A teal bar will be shown at the top of the screen that shows the Client account currently logged in with a link to sign out of the Client account, and back into the Agency Dashboard. Users cannot be signed in to multiple accounts at the same time.

When logged into a Client account, any actions taken are isolated to that single Client account. Care should be taken when acting in MetaLocator on a Client's behalf.

Upgrading & Downgrading

To change a Client's subscription plan,

  1. Click Clients in the main navigation

  2. Click the name of the client in the list

  3. Choose the desired plan from the Plan drop-down.

Cancellation of a plan or add-on will take effect at the end of the current term

Deleting Clients

Important: When a client account is deleted it can not be recovered. The billing plan will be cancelled at the end of the current term and the account will become unavailable immediately. Any discounts provided based on the number of active Client accounts may be removed.

To delete a Client,

  1. Click Clients in the main navigation

  2. Check the box next to the Client

  3. Click Delete in the toolbar
