Account Performance Report

Understand and monitor key engagement and lead metrics across MetaLocator interfaces.

Introduction

The Account Performance Report is a monthly summary email sent automatically to Enterprise Administrators and Group Administrators. It provides insight into locator performance and lead activity over the previous 30 days.


This report highlights changes in key engagement metrics such as Clicks to Call, Directions, and Leads, helping account managers quickly identify trends in user interaction and lead response.


Report Overview

The report includes a performance summary at the top, displaying metrics with the most significant change compared to the previous 30-day period.

The subject line dynamically reflects the top change.
Example: MetaLocator Performance: Directions clicks have decreased by 9%.


Eligibility Requirements

The Account Performance Report is sent automatically to qualified users meeting the following criteria:

  • Account is active

  • At least one published interface

  • At least 20 leads or 1,000 page views in the reporting period

  • A valid Analytics ID

  • Account registered for more than 31 days

Group Administrator reports include analytics limited to the ItemIDs accessible through group membership.


Metrics Included

Each Account Performance Report includes the following metrics:

Metric

Description

Clicks to Call

Number of times users clicked a phone link on a locator.

Website Clicks

Number of clicks from the locator to an external website.

Open Marker Window

Number of times users opened a map marker’s info window.

Directions

Number of times users requested driving directions.

Details

Number of clicks to view detailed location information.

Pageviews vs. Visits

Pageviews represent total locator loads; Visits represent unique sessions.

Searches

Number of searches performed within the locator.

Location Searches

Number of searches using a geographic term such as city, postal code, or country.

Total Leads

Total number of lead submissions received.

Total Tracked Leads

Leads with associated tracking data, such as source or campaign.

Spam Count

Leads flagged as spam by automated filters.

Total Acknowledged

Total Ignored

Leads that remain unacknowledged after a defined time period.

Average Leads per Day

Average number of leads received daily.

Average Acknowledgement Time

Average time between lead submission and acknowledgment.

Leads per Location

Average number of leads per published location.

Leads per Sender

Average number of leads per unique sender.
