The All Leads Dashboard provides tools to search, filter, and manage incoming leads across interfaces. When Lead Acknowledgement is enabled, additional filtering options become available to help identify which leads have been responded to and which require attention.
This functionality helps ensure that leads are not missed due to invalid or unmonitored email addresses and supports improved response times across locations.

Ways to Filter Leads
The All Leads Dashboard provides multiple filtering options to quickly locate and manage leads without relying on manual ItemID searches.
Leads can be filtered by the following criteria:
Interface – Filter leads based on the interface where they were generated
Email, Name, or Lead ID – Search directly for a specific lead or contact
Date Range – Narrow results to a specific time period
Country – Filter leads by geographic location
Status – View leads based on their current status
Acknowledgement – Filter by Acknowledged or Not Acknowledged / Ignored (requires Send Lead Notification)
Reassignment Status – Filter leads by:
Original (not reassigned)
Original (reassigned)
Reassignment
Identify Unanswered Leads
Leads marked as Not Acknowledged / Ignored indicate that the recipient has not confirmed receipt of the lead notification.
These leads may require follow-up due to:
Invalid or incorrect email addresses
Spam filtering issues
Unmonitored inboxes
Filtering by this status helps prioritize outreach and reduce missed opportunities.
Use Bulk Selection for Lead Management
The All Leads Dashboard includes a bulk selection tool to manage multiple leads at once.
Steps
Select multiple leads using the checkboxes.
Apply available bulk actions as needed.
This improves efficiency when reviewing or managing large volumes of leads.
How Lead Acknowledgement Impacts Search
When Send Lead Notification is enabled:
The initial email sent to the location does not include full lead details.
Instead, it contains a call-to-action link prompting the recipient to view the lead.
Clicking the link both reveals the lead details and records the lead as Acknowledged.
This interaction powers the filtering options available in the All Leads Dashboard.
Best Practices
Regularly filter by Not Acknowledged / Ignored to ensure timely responses
Use the Interface filter to monitor performance across different locators
Review leads in bulk to improve workflow efficiency
Allow time (10–30 days) to establish a performance baseline before acting on trends
This functionality provides greater visibility into lead handling performance and helps ensure that all customer inquiries are properly received and addressed.
