Prior to this update, in the Category Search option, when using Show As Multiple Drop-downs by Category Group with the Chain dropdowns option enabled, the default behavior was to arbitrarily pre-select the first available option.

This artificially forced the user into a selection and also inflated the category analytics for the default category.

Going forward, this behavior will be aligned with other controls, where the default is "Please select..." and the user can choose the desired options.

To retain the previous behavior, remove the code highlighted below by modifying the Field Template for "Tagdropdown Dropdowns By Group"
