Added the new "flyout" details positioning which displays the details pane in between the list and the map, when there is enough available space as shown below:

Added a handy "ml-right-icon" style which allows users to move icons to the right side of buttons. Applies only when the icon style starts with fa, as is common with the FontAwesome library included in MetaLocator.
